Fishy, fishy
Fishy, fishy
Life is Progressing.....
Lots of changes have been taking place around the Tabery house. I am continuing to work part-time and really enjoying it. Leaving Sophia in the mornings is hard, but we have a wonderful nanny. They equally adore each other and go on many adventures, which we love to hear about. To me I have it all- I am working on interesting projects, Sophia is having fun “playing” while I am gone and I have one day a week where Sophia and I do fun stuff together.
Additionally, we have changed around our house arrangement to more effectively handle our family life. We now have a dedicated dining room and only one family/living room. We spend more time talking at the table and having coffee and less time crammed into one room with the TV. We have also managed to declutter our house, which makes it easier to function and more prepared to handle the “big girl” toys.
In other news, Sophia has finally graduated from the duck tub to the big girl tub. It has been a struggle to get her comfortable with the big, slippery bathtub, but she finally just accepted it with no crying when she saw the new non-skid fish on the floor of the tub. I credit the fish and swim lessons with helping her feel comfortable.
In less than 1 month, Sophia will be 2! It is hard to believe.

What memories we have made
This weekend was Memorial Day weekend. We had quite a busy weekend. First we had a golf get-together with our birth group....can you believe we have been hanging out for 2 years?
Next was Cannon's 1st birthday at the park......Sophia had a wonderful time blowing bubbles, playing with everyone and of course eating cake.

The rest of the weekend I spent with my sister and Sophia enjoyed playing with the hose.
