We came home on Sunday to a swarm of bees across the street. After a few moments they settled into a hive on a tree. Not knowing what to do I called a beekeeper...he was an interesting person. He asked if I was going to pay him to take the bees- no they are freebies!

The other day I took a few pics with my 100mm. Lots of fun for sure! You can see I caught this little honey bee digging into the lavender plants that are in our yard.
